No, the treatment is not painful. You will feel the warm applicator glides over the targeted area, similar to a hot stone massage.
Yes, the Exilis Ultra 360 system has been through rigorous tests and clinical trials before being FDA approved. The embedded Energy Flow Control System ensures only the exact amount of energy is being delivered and the integrated cooling allows the heat to be targeted to various depths in the tissue, while keeping you comfortable throughout the session.
As this is a non-invasive treatment, there is zero downtime. You may resume your daily schedule immediately with no side effects.
RESULTS
For a full face and neck treatment, it takes about 90 minutes. For a specific area such as eyes or neck, it is about 30 minutes.
Even though the results can be seen in just 1 session, for long-lasting results we suggest about 6 sessions every 2 weeks before extending to 4 weeks. Depending on your skin condition and ideal result, it should not take more than 10 sessions.
You may see visible improvement right after your first session. Results will typically improve over a 3-month period as collagen production continues after the treatment. Depending on your skin condition and aftercare regime, the full course of treatments should keep results for up to 2 years.
The treatment is best suited for areas that have deep creases and wrinkles including eyes, mouth, chin, jawline, neck, décolleté and hands.
Both treatments are excellent for improving the complexion and giving you an overall radiant youthful face. The difference is that HIFU is effective for lifting and sculpting the face, whereas Ultra Face 360 targets eye bags, deep wrinkles and lines, and tightening pores and improves skin tone. Both can be done concurrently to compliment and get optimal results, however it is advised that each treatment is performed on separate areas of the face. (eg. SUITABILITY
This treatment is ideal for anyone from their early 20s who are looking for cosmetic improvement without the need for going under the knife, injections or chemical peel.
Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have skin issues such as rashes or open wounds, metal filling or plates are not suitable for this treatment.
PREPARATION
& AFTERCARE
Nothing specific is needed, besides removing jewelry and contact lenses before the treatment.
We advise applying a high SPF and avoid any additional treatments to your face other than simple facials. In addition, avoid activities that raise the temperature of your skin such as hot showers and sun bathing for at least a few days.
We suggest that you let your skin cool down before applying any makeup. In the meantime, we encourage you to apply SPF35+ sunblock, and reapply every 2 hours, to protect your skin.
We recommend avoiding Botox and Fillers for at least 4 week prior and after your treatment to ensure that there is no interference to allow the best possible results.
