RESERVATIONS 예약
We highly recommend making advance booking to secure your preferred time and service are available. Deposits are required to confirm most appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY 취소정책
As a courtesy to other clients, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please inform us 24 hours prior to your booking. Appointment reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance and confirmation reply is required. The following cancellation fee will be applied according to below;

• Cancelation with less than  24 hours notice will result a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount or less 1 month of touch-up period.
• Failure to show up to your appointment will result a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount or less 2 months of touch-up period.
• For appointments made within the 24 hours period, please inform us 6 hours prior to your booking or face a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
• Late cancellation due to medical or travel reasons will not be exempted unless evidence has been provided.
• Late cancellation due to menstrual cycle will not be exempted. We kindly request not to book Brazilian wax treatments for heavy flow days.
• Repeated incidents of this nature will result in pre-payment for future treatment/s. Nude reserves the right to ask for credit card details to secure future bookings.

다른 고객을 배려하여, 취소나 예약변경 시 적어도 예약시간 3시간 전에 연락 주셔야 합니다. 적절한 연락 없이 취소, 변경 “노쇼”,지각하시면 전체 금액이 패키지나 시리즈에서 차감됩니다. 이런경우가 빈번히 발생할 경우 향후 예약하실 때 불이익을 받을 수 있습니다. 누드 부티크는 예약에 신용카드 정보를 요구할 수 있습니다.

DEPOSIT
50% of the reserved service amount or 100% of the trial priced treatments will be required a deposit to secure an appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL 도착
We advise all customers to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, with new customers recommended to arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not receive an extension on their scheduled treatments. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may have to reschedule their booking and will be charged the full amount.

예약 시간 5~10분 전 도착할 것을 권장합니다. 신규 고객은 예약 15분 전에 오시기 바랍니다. 예약 시간보다 늦게 오더라도 시술 시간이 연장되지 않으니 주의하시기 바랍니다. 10분 이상 늦을 경우 예약을 다시 잡으셔야 하며, 비용을 전액 지불해야 합니다.

AGE REQUIREMENT 나이 제한
The minimum age for Brazilian treatment is 14 years old. Customers under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian, who should also accompany them during the treatment.

살 이상부터 브라질리언 왁싱을 이용할 수 있으며, 14살 이하는 부모나 보호자의 동반이 필요합니다.

CLIENT BEHAVIOUR
Our therapists are dedicated professionals, and their safety is of paramount importance. Any behaviour or circumstances that jeopardises their safety or make them uncomfortable (such as violence, abusive language or inappropriate content) will result in immediate termination of treatment. Clients will be required to pay in full and may not be permitted to return.

HEALTH CONDITION 건강 상태
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact the treatment.

시술에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 귀하의 건강상태, 알레르기, 상처가 있다면, 예약 시 미리 알려주시길 바랍니다.

LOSS OR DAMAGE 분실 및 파손
Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

COMPANY POLICIES: 회사 정책:
Services, products and packages sold at Nude Beautique are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchangeable for cash or credit. All packages must be purchased by a single individual.

Nude reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
